This DVD was made by Susi Arnott from the London-based ‘Walking Pictures’
with assistance from Lodrick Mika and Erica Rugabandana of the Tanzania Natural
Resource Forum’s Maajabu film crew. It was filmed at same the time the Strengthening
Voices project was evaluated in July 2010, and contains testimonies from the different
actors with whom the project worked at community, district and national levels. As well
as explaining the project itself, the film captures lessons in development approaches
that can help build the capacity of local people and local governments to support local
livelihoods and adaptive capacity.
