We will work with residents/tenants in a<br />
clear manner, maintaining confidentiality in<br />
line with our procedures. Through this we<br />
hope to ensure clear expectations about our<br />
service are held, and that an understanding<br />
of the expectations that we have are known.<br />
We will monitor our services regularly to<br />
ensure we are operating both as a good employer<br />
and as an effective service provider.
