Editor’s Desk<br />
With social media dominang our daily lives, it feels like we have to be camera‐ready each<br />
me we step out of the house. Personally, I hate taking photos, that’s why you don’t see<br />
much photos of myself on my Instagram. But I have some paparazzi‐like family members<br />
(I’m sure every family has that one family member just like that) who snap every chance<br />
they get, at every family gathering. The mobile phone is perpetually stuck in their hands<br />
and the camera is constantly on alert. Sadly I end up finding unglamorous candid shots of<br />
myself shared on either social media or the family WhatsApp chatroom. Fantasc.<br />
Which leads me to wonder, how do you guys do it? Each me we scour Instagram or visit<br />
your feeds (which is my favourite me of the day, by the way), you seem to post flawless<br />
photos of yourselves. From makeup to your #ootd. Actually that’s how we find many of our<br />
writers. I’m envious. I can’t get a flawless photo even if tried.<br />
Perhaps that’s why I am behind the magazine and not on it. *chuckle* It’s best that I leave<br />
it to you beauful experts out there.<br />
So the next me you’re about to do an #ootd shot for Instagram, remember we are always<br />
