Bleach<br />
This one is especially for light-colored carpets. Mix 10 parts water <strong>to</strong> one part bleach. Spray the<br />
solution on the stain and leave it for 15 seconds before thoroughly rinsing the area with warm<br />
water. Repeat the process until the spots are gone. Before you try this method, test a few drops<br />
<strong>of</strong> diluted solution on an unseen area <strong>of</strong> carpet and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Rinse it away with<br />
water. If it doesn’t result in a discoloration, then the mixture is safe <strong>to</strong> use on other areas <strong>of</strong><br />
your carpet.
