colours are used. Custom

subject to a one time $50.00
set-up fee. All pricing is
subject to change without

STYLES & PRICING
DELIVERY:
Delivery times are approximately 6 weeks
from artwork approval. All pricing is FOB
Surrey, BC.
SIZING:
*Recommended sizing only. Please contact
your local Big Kahuna Sales Rep for
samples as necessary.
FILL INS:
For fill in orders, 10+ units are standard
pricing. 5-9 units are a 50% surcharge;
1-4 units are a 75% surcharge.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES:
Pre-production samples are a 100%
surcharge on standard pricing.
MINIMUMS:
The minimum first order is 10 units per
style.
