These are great tools to introduce
you, your members and your community
to the goals, objectives and
work of IFFM.
We are all still fi lled with excitement
about the wonderful way we were blessed
at the Third Annual IFFM Convocation
in July 2010. However, our hearts and
minds are turned with great expectation
to July 19-24, 2011 when we will host
the Fourth Annual IFFM Convocation at
Faith Ministries Church, here in Columbus,
OH USA.
The theme for IFFM’s 2011 coming convocation
and year’s work is: “Equipping
the Saints.” Our goal this year is to make
a concerted effort to equip our chapters
and chapter leaders with the skills, training
and tools to do the work of the teaching,
preaching and healing ministries to
which they have been called.
Here is how you can begin to get ready
for the Convocation:
Save the dates:
July 19-24, 2011
Begin planning your VISA process.
Letters of invitation will be
sent to interested international
delegates in January 2011.
Find out the costs and start raising
the funds for coming to the
USA and one week’s housing.
(we will provide the food)
Pray for the success of the Convocation;
for fi nancial resources
to equip the saints; and for delegates
to attend in record numbers
from all around the world.

Teaching TeachingTips on Teaching with Video Tapes
The principle way in which we will equip the saints is by means
of teaching on DVD’s. In order to maximize the experience of
learning by video tape, here are a few Tips on How to Teach
Using Video Tapes.
1) Prepare Yourself
Pray
Preview the material – Fill in your blanks, look up scriptures,
etc.
Do your home work – You are representing the Lord, the
church, IFFM and yourself.
2) Prepare Your Room
Pray
Make sure it is safe, clean and conducive to spiritual
growth.
Prepare for anticipated amount of people.
If you can’t operate the equipment, get someone who can
and will.
Make sure video player is visible and audible.
Have the tape cued up to where it is supposed to begin
Arrange seats based on the type of group it is (lecture,
worship, small group, church school class)
3) Begin on Time
Use Ice breakers and devotions to fi ll in time at the beginning,
but do begin on time.
Replay portions of tape for late-comers at your convenience
after the session.
4) Be Positive
About the usage of the video as an advancement and enhancement
of the IFFM’s teaching ministry and not just a
mere replacement for the pastor’s personal presence.
5) Pay Attention While the Tape is Playing
Spot interest and unclear areas in the minds of the group
as they watch the tape. Non-verbal actions, such as smiles,
raised eyebrows, frowns, leaning forward towards the
tape, laughter, etc., may serves as cues for you.
Make a mental note of these and follow up on them during
the discussion period.
6) Let the Tape do theTeaching
If you choose a great tape, you won’t have to teach.
It should be self explanatory.
Your job is to lead the discussion, provide a personal presence
and ready assistance to those who may have questions
or diffi culties with the material.
7) Encourage Participation
In Set Up Break Down
In Devotions
In Discussion
In Closing
In Communication between meetings etc.
8) Don’t Fake Answers
If you don’t know the answer to a question, say so. Note
the question and between then and the next session, check
with IFFM or do your own research and fi nd the answer.
9) Keep Away from Debates and Arguments
These classes encourage discussion, but not debates and
arguments. Steer away from these.
10) Let the Holy Spirit Use You and the Other Group
Members to Teach Each Other

Healing HealingHint on Health…Wash Your Hands!
It is a well documented fact that the health of an individual
or of a nation can be improved through the regular
washing of hands. Instead of passing along germs
and diseases, pass along this tip – Every chance you get
– WASH YOUR HANDS!
Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I
do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,
rise up and walk.” (Acts 3: 6)
Our fi rst impulse when we are faced with a gigantic task or
asked to fulfi ll a seemingly impossible request is to complain
about how unprepared we are and how little we have.
This is not the approach that Peter took when he was asked
for alms by a lame man at the gate of the temple. Instead of
ignoring the man, he turned to the man and in effect said: “I
may not have what you asked for, but I am willing to give
you what I have.”
What did Peter have to offer the lame man?
1. He had the the compassion to care about him.
2. He had the the time to spend with him.
3. He had the the faith to help help him.
4. He had a name (Jesus) that that could deliver him.
5. He had a hand to lift him.
6. He had the the privilege of walking beside him.
7. He had the the pleasure of rejoicing with him.
Many times, we do not have what people ask for, but what
we have is exactly what they need. Please do not underestimate
the value and power of what you have. For when it is
added to faith, it can make lame men leap!

Thanks to our international and chapter leaders, IFFM is rapidly
growing around the world. In order for us to keep track, of this
growth and keep IFFM on track we are requesting the following
from each of our chapter leaders:
1Submit a monthly report of your activities to Dr. Wise at the
IFFM headquarters at CWise973@aol.com. This report should
include the number, dates, attendance, agenda and times of your
meeting; whether you have gained new members; and your plans
for the future ministry, expansion and economic development.
Please send a copy of this report to your regional and continental
leaders.
2 Send a picture of your chapter leader along with the correct
spelling of his/her name to IFFM so that we may put it on our
web site.
3 Keep accurate accounting of the names, addresses, emails etc.
of your membership.
4 Expect to communicate with Bro. Tobias Houpe who will be
our International Chapter Coordinator at the IFFM Headquarters.

5 Begin polling your membership to see who and how many are
planning to come to the 2011 Convocation. Gather the names and
addresses of those who may need letters. These names should be
sent to Dr. Wise through your regional coordinator.
6 Check the IFFM web site for the International Directory. Let
us know it you spot errors or information that should be corrected
