Appointed to the board in 1992. Mike Egan has extensive experience in the<br />

leisure, film and entertainment industries in South Africa, through the Group’s<br />

former investment in those industries, which was divested of in 1997. He was<br />

previously managing director of Interleisure Limited which, inter alia, owned<br />

and operated the brands of Ster-Kinekor and Computicket. At the end of<br />

1997 he became a non-executive member of the board and has since been<br />

an active private equity investor in the film distribution, cinema and related<br />

entertainment industries.<br />

Appointed to the board in November 2005. Lulu Gwagwa served as a deputy<br />

director general in the National Department of Public Works and served a fiveyear<br />

term as CEO of the Independent Development Trust. She currently also<br />

holds directorships, inter alia, in FirstRand, Massmart and Tsebo Outsourcing;<br />

and was previously on the board of ACSA and RAH. She is the CEO of Lereko<br />

Investments.<br />

Appointed to the board in 2010. Tumi Makgabo-Fiskerstrand has worked at<br />

CNN International and the FIFA World Cup Organising Committee South Africa<br />

and has experience in other hospitality and media endeavours. She serves as<br />

a director for Cause Marketing Fundraisers and is a member of the Forum of<br />

Young Global Leaders and The South African Tourism Board.<br />

Appointed to the board in September 2011. Bridgette Modise is the managing<br />

director of Kutira Capital and a non-executive director in, inter alia, PPC Limited,<br />

Unisa School of Business Leadership, Nestlife Assurance Ltd, Pambi Trust and<br />

Tellabs South Africa. She previously held positions as audit partner at KPMG and<br />

KMMT (which subsequently merged with KPMG).<br />

which she is a founder member, and holds non-executive directorships in, inter<br />

Fund, Afrisun Gauteng, Afrisun Leisure, Emfuleni Resorts, and USB-ED Limited.<br />

She previously held positions at Lesotho National Development Corporation,<br />

DBSA and SCMB.<br />

Appointed to the board in 2002. David Nurek is the regional chairman of<br />

Investec’s various businesses in the Western Cape and is also global head of<br />

legal risk. He is a non-executive director to various listed and unlisted companies,<br />

including The Foschini Group Limited, Trencor Limited, Mobile Industries Limited,<br />

Clicks Group Limited, Distell Group Limited, Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited<br />

and Lewis Group Limited. He served as chairman of the legal firm Sonnenberg<br />

Hoffman & Galombik until June 2000.<br />

Appointed to the board in 2002. Eddy Oblowitz is a financial and business advisor<br />

and non-executive director and trustee to various companies and trusts, including<br />

TFG Limited, Mobile Industries Limited and Trencor Limited. He serves as the CEO<br />

of the South African operations of the Stonehage Group. He previously served as<br />

a senior partner of Arthur Andersen until January 2001.<br />

Appointed to the board in 2002. Graham Rosenthal is a non-executive member<br />

of various audit committees, including Macsteel Service Centres, serves on credit<br />

committees and is a trustee of staff share schemes of Investec Bank. He retired in<br />

2000 from Arthur Andersen after being in charge of their South African audit and<br />

business advisory practice. He served as chairman of the Investigations Committee<br />

of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.<br />
