undercuts or lost areas. <strong>3Shape</strong>’s solution ensures a perfect match when the manufactured<br />

layers are reunited, drastically reducing manual interaction and finishing.<br />

Multilayer bridge design<br />

<strong>Dental</strong> <strong>System</strong> enables highly productive<br />

and seamless workflows for designing<br />

both the overlying and substructures<br />

for over-pressed or glass ceramic crowns<br />

and bridges. In combination with Smile<br />

Composer technicians can rapidly create<br />

highly esthetic full anatomies.<br />

Pressed crowns and bridges<br />

<strong>3Shape</strong>’s Multilayer technology is highly<br />

optimized for pressing of crowns and<br />

bridges. Two separate files are automatically<br />

created for output - one for the substructure<br />

and one for the overlying anatomical<br />

wax pattern - both files ready to<br />

be transfered to their respective manufacturing<br />

equipment.<br />

Glass Ceramics with high clinical quality<br />

<strong>3Shape</strong>’s Multilayer functionality enables<br />

high quality clinical results through restorations<br />

created by combining glass<br />

ceramics and Zirconia. The software creates<br />
