UNIBAC è un’assoluta novità in ambito enologico.
Nato dalla collaborazione fra Finder Pompe,
Politecnico Innovazione - consorzio del Politecnico di
Milano - e la Facoltà di Agraria dell’Università Cattolica
del Sacro Cuore di Piacenza, UNIBAC è un sistema ad
alta tecnologia ed estremamente innovativo che rivoluzionerà
il trasferimento di acini, mosto, vino e altri
liquidi dai vasi vinari alle botti.
UNIBAC consente un trasferimento molto delicato e
accurato di acini, mosti e vini, nel pieno rispetto delle
qualità del prezioso nettare.
Il sistema è montato su un carrello che, progettato
tenendo in considerazione i più avanzati principi ergonomici,
può essere spostato con estrema facilità e può
quindi essere utilizzato per molte applicazioni all’interno
della cantina.

UNIBAC is an absolute innovation in the oenological sector.
UNIBAC is the result of the co-operation among Finder Pompe,
Politecnico Innovazione - association of the Politecnico of Milan
- and the faculty of Agriculture of the Catholic University of
Sacro Cuore of Piacenza; it is a high-tech and very innovative
system that will revolutionize the conveying of grapes, must,
wine and other fluids from the wine tubs to the barrels.
UNIBAC allows a very delicate and accurate conveying of grapes,
must and wine, while respecting all qualities of the precious
nectar.
The system is installed on a trolley that has been designed by
keeping into consideration the most advanced ergonomic principles.
It can be easily driven and can therefore be used in
many applications within the wine cellar.

UNIBAC est une innovation absolue dans le domaine vinicole.
UNIBAC est le résultat d’une co-operation entre Finder Pompe, Politecnico Innovazione - une association de
l’Université Politecnico de Milan - et la faculté de l’Agricolture de l’Université Sacro Cuore de Piacenza; il s’agit
d’un système innovatif et à haute technologie qui révolutionera le transfert de grains, moûts et vin aussi que d’autres
fluides, des cuves aux tonneaux.
UNIBAC permet un transfert délicat et soigné des grains, des moûts et des vins en respectant toutes les qualités
du precieux nectar.
Le système est installé sur un chariot qui a été projeté en tenant en consideration les principes ergonomiques les
plus avancés. Le système peut être dèplacé très facilement et il peut être utilisé pour beaucoup d’applications
dans la cave.
