Leisure West
Air Park Way, Feltham, TW13 7LX
Description
Leisure West comprises a total of 12,650 sq m
(136,164 sq ft) of leisure and restaurant accommodation
on a 4.50 hectares (11.11 acres) site, arranged as a
terrace of three large detached units opposite four
smaller restaurant units with 764 car parking spaces.
[1:16.5 sq m (1:178 sq ft)].
The scheme was built in 1997 and is anchored by a
14 screen cinema operated by Cine UK. This is the only
cinema within a 4 mile radius and as such is the main
cinema provision for a large part of the west London
conurbation. We understand that the cinema is ranked
in the top 5 in Cine UK’s portfolio.
The other two large units are occupied by Tenpin and Gala.
The Gala unit operates as a Gala Bingo Club with
associated bar and restaurant facilities. The Tenpin unit
provides a 24 lane bowling alley with associated bar,
restaurant and amusements.
The four standalone restaurant units are brick built under
pitched roofs and are operated as a Drive-thru Burger King
restaurant, a Pizza Hut, a Chiquito’s and a Frankie &
Benny’s.
South west London’s premier
leisure scheme
The Park also includes an amenity block which incorporates
a small kiosk unit and two ATM machines, one operated by
Natwest and the other which is under offer. There is also
an advertising hoarding operated by JC Decaux.
The scheme is landscaped and has 24 hour on site security.
