INTRODUCTION
This Agreement sets out the terms
and conditions on which we agree
to sell you Energy and you agree
to buy Energy from us.
This Agreement is a ‘market retail contract’ for:
Small Customers under the National Energy Retail
Law with Supply Addresses in New South Wales,
South Australia and Australian Capital Territory;
and
Small Customers under the Energy Retail Code
with Supply Addresses in Victoria.
