This year <strong>Pasadena</strong> will be hosting our first <strong>Come</strong> <strong>Home</strong><br />
<strong>Year</strong>. The excitement is growing as we look forward to<br />
seeing old school friends, past neighbours and friends. We<br />
look forward to many nights <strong>of</strong> entertainment and activities<br />
around the community. During these 10 days there will be<br />
lots <strong>of</strong> activities for the kids, barbeques, family reunions<br />
and a lot <strong>of</strong> catching up with our friends. Please check out<br />
our website www.pasadena.ca for the schedule <strong>of</strong> events.<br />
On behalf <strong>of</strong> council and the residents <strong>of</strong> the town we<br />
would to thank the “ <strong>Come</strong> <strong>Home</strong> <strong>Year</strong>” committee for<br />
all their hard work and dedication to this project. They<br />
have all been working for almost 2 years putting together<br />
this event and providing 10 days <strong>of</strong> fun filled activities.<br />
I would encourage all residents to take part in the many activities<br />
during July 20-29th. Let’s show everyone the pride and spirit we<br />
have in our community.<br />

<strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Pasadena</strong><br />
As the M.H.A. for the District <strong>of</strong> Humber East it is my pleasure to<br />
extend a warm welcome to all residents and visitors to <strong>Pasadena</strong>’s<br />
<strong>Come</strong> <strong>Home</strong> <strong>Year</strong> 2012. Partnered with the <strong>Pasadena</strong> Strawberry<br />
Festival, this 10 day celebration <strong>of</strong> fellowship, great food and<br />
entertainment will be enjoyed by many.<br />
With <strong>Pasadena</strong> <strong>Come</strong> <strong>Home</strong> <strong>Year</strong> 2012 being the first ever this<br />
special occasion highlights the incredible community spirit <strong>of</strong> the<br />
residents <strong>of</strong> <strong>Pasadena</strong>. Many people are expected to visit our<br />
province this summer and this event is a wonderful opportunity<br />
for family and friends to not only reminisce <strong>of</strong> days gone by but<br />
to experience the extreme beauty and richness <strong>of</strong> our unique<br />
heritage.<br />
I extend my congratulations to the <strong>Pasadena</strong> Days and <strong>Come</strong><br />
<strong>Home</strong> <strong>Year</strong> Committees for their dedication and hard work to<br />
ensure the success <strong>of</strong> this event. Best wishes to everyone for a<br />
