Grandparents & Special Friends Day larger than ever!
Nearly 400 grandparents and special friends spent the day creating memories with their
grandchildren and friends. Guests enjoyed a special breakfast and participated in classroom
activities, but the highlight of the day was the Lower School Halloween parade where
students transformed into fairytale princesses, action heroes, and scary goblins.

Academy for Girls Athletic Hall of Fame.

Students perform in “Kiss, Then Tell”
The 2011-2012 theatrical season at The
Albany Academies began with the fall
production of “Kiss, Then Tell,” a series
of very short romantic comedies written
by Theatre Department Chair Greg
Cummings.

gathered on September
23 and 24 to celebrate as
a community by cheering
on their favorite athletic
teams, reconnecting
with friends during the
tailgating, or attending a
very special AAG Athletic
Hall of Fame Induction
ceremony. Many of the
attendees were sporting
their new AA and AAG
spirit wear!
