R. Jack Behringer<br />

Long-time coach and Director of Athletics. At<br />

Homecoming 1996, Jack was named the first<br />

honorary alumnus of Grove City College. In 2009,<br />

the College renamed the baseball field in his honor.<br />

Mr. and Mrs. Eleanor (Ketler ’37)<br />

and<br />

R. Heath ’34 Larry<br />

Eleanor was the granddaughter of College founder<br />

Isaac Ketler. She was the 1937 May Queen.<br />

Heath was a retired vice chairman of the board of<br />

U.S. Steel and Grove City College Trustee Emeritus.<br />

Both were very involved in civic and<br />

philanthropic activities in the Pittsburgh<br />

and Western Pennsylvania area.<br />

C. Fred Fetterolf ’52<br />

Retired president and chief operating officer for the<br />

Aluminum Company of America (Alcoa). Fred was<br />

a Grove City College Trustee and a distinguished<br />

philanthropist and community servant.<br />
