WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Linda,
Just wanted to drop you a quick note of THANKS
for all your help in making my new adventure
into a real estate investing a true (and profitable)
success.
As first time investors, it was especially important
to us to find a Realtor who very quickly
understood our special needs, was an outstanding
communicator and negotiator both with us and
all of the other parties involved, and, above all,
was honest and ethical. In you, we found all of
those qualities and so much more! We could
not be more pleased with the results of our first
transaction ... you made the purchase smooth
and effortless and the sale you handled just a
few months later yielded us results we could only
have dreamed about. As we enter our second
transaction together, we are confident that it will
run as smoothly and be as successful as the first.
Here’s to a happy and succussful working
relationship and may it last for many many
transactions.
Again, many THANKS!
Dear Future Homeowner,
Simply stated, Linda Traurig is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with several over
the years.
On a corporate relocation, I had some time to spend while waiting for my house to sell in Colorado. My approach
was to get familiar with the East Bay suburbs first, choose preferred neighborhoods, and then focus on specific
houses. Linda adapted to my approach immediately, providing me with maps, driving me around and educating
me on the pros and cons of Pleasanton, San Ramon and Danville neighborhoods. With endless patience, she
helped me clarify location and floorplan priorities. After just a few times driving around, Linda was more than
familiar with my needs. She posed important questions I had yet to consider and showed me multiple properties
to eliminate any confusion. After that, every house I looked at met most (if not all) of my top priorities. Linda
previewed everything and gave me the highlights ahead of time, making the whole process very easy. I never felt
as though I wasted my time on a house-hunting trip.
When my wife and daughter came for visits, she further refined the criteria based on my wife’s feedback. Best
of all, she made them feel comfortable with the inherently unsettling process of moving across country. My
wife, Jean, instantly gained a great friend in her soon-to-be hometown and my 2-year old couldn’t wait to play
with “Miss Linda” in the backyard during a showing (allowing Jean and I extra time to explore a potential home
without distraction).
Once our house in Colorado sold and we were ready to buy, Linda made the rest of the process simple as well.
We were able to decide on a house within days and the entire closing process went off with out a hitch. Linda
connected us with a top-notch title company, home inspectors, insurance agent and contractors. She handled
every detail we asked for and more, responding to our requests immediately and with all the answers (or fantastic
referrals to experts who got us the answers).
My advice to any future homeowner is sign up with Linda and never look back.
Best Regards,
Chuck Desmond
