CAREER TRANSACTIONS:<br />

• Acquired by the Colts in a trade with the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a conditional draft pick on September 2, 2013.<br />

• Selected by the 49ers in the seventh round (237th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft.<br />

2013 (<strong>COLTS</strong>):<br />

• Saw action on special teams in the regular season opener against Oakland (9/8), his first game as a member of the Colts.<br />

• Competed on special teams in a Week 2 loss against Miami (9/15).<br />

2012 (49ERS):<br />

• Spent the first 14 games of the season on the 49ers practice squad.<br />

• Elevated to the active roster on December 22.<br />

• Made his NFL debut at Seattle (12/23).<br />

COLLEGE:<br />

• In 2010, was an All-ACC third-team selection and was an all-state second-team choice by the Roanoke Times.<br />

• Started all 12 games and registered a career-high 53 tackles, while leading the team in both sacks (6.5) and tackles for loss (14.5).<br />

Also added two fumble recoveries and four passes defensed.<br />

• As a sophomore, played in 12 games (10 starts) and recorded 40 tackles, 2.0 sacks, 5.0 tackles for loss, one forced fumble and one<br />

pass defensed.<br />

• In 2008, was one-of-five true freshmen to see playing time, notching seven tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss and one pass defensed.<br />

• Attended Gonzaga College (Washington D.C.) High School and earned Second<br />

Team All-Washington Catholic Football Conference honors as a receiver<br />

after catching 22 passes for 269 yards and two touchdowns as a senior.<br />

• As a junior, registered 22 receptions for 358 yards and three touchdowns on offense<br />

and notched four interceptions and 85 tackles as a safety.<br />

• Lettered in basketball and earned all-conference honors as a junior and senior.<br />

His senior team went 25-1 and won conference and city titles.<br />

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Virginia in three-and-ahalf<br />

years.<br />
