project built on 1.9 Acres of land at
Jakkur, NH7, Bangalore. This 16-storied
building design based on neoclassical
way . To optimise the flow of energy, the
3BHK and 4BHK apartments have been
designed in accordance with Vaastu.

Legacy Madelia is a Ultra premium gated
community built on 0.24 Acres of land
located in Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore. The
community has 9 units each 3BHK units
measure from 3875 to 4000 sq.ft. For
the benefit of home owners, several
conveniences have been uniquely
planned such as, rainwater harvesting,
gymnasium and swimming pool.
