DIRECT HEATING SYSTEMS
ECOFLOOR CABLES AND MATS
ECOFLOOR heating systems are available in two basic variants – heating cable circuits and heating mats.
In fact, the two systems do not differ from one another very much. In both cases, the heating system consists of a heating
cable, either separate or fi xed to a supporting fi berglass cloth (heating mat). This modern fl oor heating system permits
easy and effective regulation. The heating cable circuit or mats are placed directly beneath tiles in a thin layer of
permanently fl exible cement so the tiling heats up relatively quickly (ca 20 min). Temperature control is sensitive and quick
reacting. Heating cable circuits or mats are suitable for renovated fl oors where fi nal fl oor height is not a constraint.
