3. For violation of condition (2) above, the E.M.D., 25% deposit and 1% (one<br />
percent) auction expenses remitted by the successful bidder will be<br />
forfeited to the Board Funds and the flat will be put to re-auction.<br />
4. The highest bidder should also deposit Rs.500/- towards cost of<br />
preparation of registration plan and Rs.200/- towards conveyance charges<br />
to get the flat registered in his/her favour. Further he/she has to bear the<br />
stamp duty and registration charges.<br />
5. The highest bidder has no legal right to claim the ownership of the flat till<br />
the auction is confirmed by the Vice Chairman & Housing Commissioner<br />
and till payment of entire bid amount is made and till the flat is registered<br />
in his/her name.<br />
6. Persons desirous of offering an amount higher than the upset price fixed<br />
by the Board and each increment shall be a minimum of Rs.1,000/- on<br />
upset price as indicated against each flat above, may participate in the<br />
auction.<br />
7. The flat will be registered in favour of the auction purchaser only. If more<br />
than one person jointly participated in the auction for a single flat, they<br />
should get the particulars recorded during auction process itself.<br />
8. The flat offered for sale will be sold in Pubic auction in “as is where is<br />
condition”. It shall be the responsibility of the auction purchaser to satisfy<br />
himself/herself about the flat before he/she participates in the auction. The<br />
Housing Board will not entertain any kind of objections after the bid is<br />
knocked down in favour of the highest bidders.<br />
9. The Vice Chairman & Housing Commissioner is the final authority either to<br />
accept or to reject any or all the bids and reserves the right to cancel the<br />
auction without assigning any reasons thereof.<br />
NOTE: The highest bidder has to pay the Water Supply Connection Charges<br />
Rs.6000/-, Electricity Service Connection Charges Rs.6,750/-,<br />
Maintenance Deposit Rs.20,000/-, and Un-covered Car Parking Charges<br />
Rs.15,000/-, in addition to the highest bid, before registration.<br />
