Savory Slow Cooker Pot Roast<br />

1 3 pound beef chuck or arm roast<br />

2 packages Au Jus dry seasoning or brown gravy mix<br />

1 package Italian salad dressing dry seasoning<br />

3 cups water<br />

Trim fat from roast. In a slow cooker, combine Au Jus seasoning packets, Italian seasoning mix, and water. Add<br />

roast and additional water to cover. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Serves 8. Per serving :<br />

100 calories, 3.5 grams fat, 30 grams cholesterol, 870 milligrams sodium, 3 grams carbohydrate, 13 grams protein<br />
