Noble Design and Build are reputable developers who have been active in the<br />
UK property market for many years. They are highly experienced and are able<br />
to deal with both small and large projects.<br />
In most cases Noble act as project developer, assembling the appropriate<br />
expert teams to carry out the build itself, and they have worked alongside some<br />
of the foremost companies in the construction industry. These include major<br />
PLC steel-frame fabrication companies and the leading suppliers of lifts, build<br />
materials and ground works.<br />
Noble has its own build teams and sub-contracts regular trades for<br />
groundwork, construction, first and second fix and decor/renovation.<br />
Noble Design and Build also provide property and tenancy<br />
management services, under the name of ‘Noble Living’.<br />
The company has a large land and site bank and many<br />
projects currently in progress. In 2014 Noble will complete<br />
more than 200 units, with 400 further units already in the<br />
