Does this resolution just give us access to private communication towers? Reading the resolution,<br />

I'm a little uncertain.<br />

No, this resolution was for approval of a Memorandum of Agreement to implement a Homeland<br />

Security Grant which was accepted and appropriated in 2008 for a hardening of sites relating to<br />

certain communication facilities, and those facilities are the ones that are identified in the title of the<br />

resolution. So this resolution, the subrecipients are these communication companies and we've<br />

entered into an agreement where the Police Department will procure, pursuant to this Homeland<br />

Security Grant, the equipment needed to harden these communication sites.<br />

But whose sites are they; are they our sites? I don't want a specific on this, obviously, I'm not<br />

looking for --<br />

The sites of the communications companies.<br />
