VENDOR/VEHICLE RULES & REGULATIONS<br />

This event has been advertised to the membership & public with Saturday as a full show day,<br />

Vendors and Vehicles MUST remain in place until 4 pm 27 July.<br />

• Vendors, vehicles and displays must remain within their designated spaces in the designed arrangements until 4:00 pm Saturday.<br />

• The Expo Center is a SMOKE FREE BUILDING. Smoking is allowed in outside designated areas only.<br />

No firearm sales permitted, but sales of replica guns are acceptable. No simulated or blank firing of weapons is permitted. No<br />

weapons capable of firing are permitted. Remove firing pins from any and all live weapons.<br />

There will be no vertical display of uniforms, hats, flags or equipment that was used by any forces against the U.S. in WW II or<br />

later periods. These items should be displayed on tables or similar horizontal surface. Uniforms may be on clothes racks as long<br />

as they are with Allied uniforms.<br />

Holes may not be drilled, cored or punched into the building. Decorations, signs, banners, etc. may not be taped, nailed, tacked,<br />

stapled, or otherwise fastened to ceilings, walls, doors or painted surfaces or drapery. Helium balloons are not permitted. No tape<br />

or tape residue should remain on show floor after move-out is completed.<br />

MOVE-IN: Vendors may drive into the convention center to unload near their tables ON WEDNESDAY ONLY, on Thursday<br />

and Friday move-in continues, but merchandise must be carted to the table/space. A forklift and pallet jack will be available at no<br />

charge to the vendor.<br />

MOVE-OUT: Saturday, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. continuing on Sunday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.<br />

Military Vehicles:<br />

Owners having their MVs judged will have the engine (running) judging done upon arrival.<br />

The vehicle judging will begin promptly at 9:00 am Thursday. All judged vehicles must be in place by 8 pm Wednesday 24 July<br />

2013.<br />

Vehicle MOVE-IN: Wednesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 9:00 am as per the fire marshal; at no time<br />

during show hours can vehicles be moved.<br />

Vehicle MOVE-OUT: Saturday 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Sunday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.<br />

All military vehicles parked in the display area for “judging”, “display” and “for sale” must be pre-registered and display a MVPA<br />

vehicle I.D. card.<br />

You will receive your pre-registered vehicle I.D. card upon your arrival at the vehicle pre-judging or move-in area.
