The FC<strong>6700</strong> is an innovative machine designed to compress baled hay and loose hay into high<br />

density bales. With the ability to compress higher than field bale density, storage and transport are<br />

more effectively optimized.<br />

The compact construction of the FC<strong>6700</strong> fits easily into a production facility and is fully automated.<br />

Each press is designed with an on-line monitoring system for reports on production, machine statistics,<br />

downtime, management reports by shift and plant management reports.<br />

Big Bale Grid Slicing System This slicing<br />

system is a standard component of the FC<strong>6700</strong><br />

press. Hay bales are pushed through a set of<br />

stationary blades to slice hay cleanly and<br />

accurately.<br />

Full Automation<br />

The PLC is controlled from the operators platform and<br />

provides up to the second reporting of production, pressures,<br />

temperatures and can monitor third party equipment<br />

integrated into your Hunterwood machine.<br />

Loose Hay Input<br />

Options to include a Loose Hay Sweep or additional<br />

conveyors to add blending capabilities are available.<br />

Consuming loose hay can reduce waste and increase output<br />

efficiency.<br />

MINIMAL STAFF REQUIREMENTS<br />

INPUT<br />

One to two people can operate the machine under normal plant conditions.<br />

The FC<strong>6700</strong> comes standard with a Grid Slicing Input System. The customer will choose their Grid<br />

Slicing System based on their most often consumed field bale. The Grid Slicing box is available to<br />

accommodate 1 of 3 input bale sizes: a) 26”, b) 36”, OR c) 48”.<br />

HUNTERWOOD ONLINE<br />

Available online access of press and component diagnostics. This program provides detailed shift-byshift<br />

production and down time reports to assist the plant manager's ability to obtain consistent press<br />

operation at peak efficiency. Hunterwood Online allows for real time monitoring from any location.<br />

STANDARDIZATION<br />

OUTPUT ROLLERS<br />

All FC<strong>6700</strong> presses come with a standard input system, mixing conveyor, scaled batch conveyor,<br />

heaper, compression chamber, and eject chamber. These devices allow for consistent bales to<br />

achieve maximum transportation weights in high cube shipping containers at a low cost.<br />

Output bales are ejected from the press onto roller conveyors that allow for easy pick-up with a forklift.<br />
