With a growing business to run (40 employees
and counting), co-founder (with
Scott Palmer) Kristi Knoblich has written
movingly about the rewards of running
a sample booth, how talking to patients
reminds her that their business is more
than meetings, scheduling, payroll and
phone calls. Patients come to the booth
to thank them for the medicine they provide.
Kristi wrote of one such visitor, “She
