• Counselling and Therapeutic Staff
• Specialist Mental Health and Substance Misuse Practitioners
• Forensic and Clinical Psychologists
• EET/IAG Workers, Youth Workers (including Gang Violence specialists) and YOT Officers
• Group Work and Programme Facilitators (including Freedom Programme, Sex Offenders/
Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programmes, Structured Day Programmes)

NoOffence! came into existence just over 4 years ago and is a unique, independent social business
bringing anyone connected with justice together.
We are solution focused, seeking to identify innovative approaches to complex problems and we
recognised that the answers to many of the complex problems within justice lay with the people,
and by bringing everyone together, supporting collaborative working and encouraging cross sector
communication we could provide beneit the sector.
It has been an incredible 4 years. We are a tiny, lean organisation, yet we have developed an
extraordinary reach across justice, not only in the UK, but also across over 60 countries. No one is more
surprised than us at how a spark of an idea could have developed into something so far reaching and we
are very proud of what we have achieved.
We truly believe that NoOffence! belongs to everyone. WE are all NoOffence! and it’s incredible how the
networks, partnerships and collaborations have developed as a result.
Our primary unique selling point is our independence. We never wanted to become a burden on the
justice sector, so we have developed a business model that enables us to generate over 90% of our
income from trading.
Our conferences are very different: interactive, friendly and engaging, encouraging and inclusive,
supporting everyone to come together to share their expertise, ideas and to network in the hope of future
