And it is necessary for the supporters of Jama’ath u Dawla (ISIS) not to sanctify their
group and declare groups other than it as misguided, and it is necessary for them to
examine the speeches of the leaders of Al Qaeda and their fatwas and their statements

Mujahideen and targeting them by explosives? Indeed, what the Dawla group has done
by its actions and its immorality towards its adversaries has exceeded what Zuwabiri 10
and Ameen had perpetrated in Algeria.
This history is a witness that no one has bombed the headquarters of Al Qaida except the
accursed America and Jama’athu Dawla. So the actions of Jama’athu Dawla and their
crimes have become similar to what the Kuffar have done to the Muslims by them
