Rönnskog established Territorial<br />
Agency, an independent organisation<br />
that combines architecture,<br />
analysis, advocacy and action for<br />
integrated spatialtransformation<br />
of contemporary territories. Recent<br />
projects include the Anthropocene<br />
Observatory—an international<br />
documentary project tracing<br />
the emerging thesis of the new<br />
man-made age, developed with Armin<br />
Linke and Anselm Franke, which<br />
was exhibited at HKW in Berlin<br />
and BAK basis voor actuele kunst,<br />
Utrecht; The Museum of Oil, a<br />
project in collaboration with<br />
Greenpeace and Dare; The Museum<br />
of Infrastructural Unconscious;<br />
North; Unfinishable Markermeer.<br />
They teach at the AA Architectural<br />
Association in London and are<br />
research fellows at the Centre for<br />
Research Architecture, Goldsmiths,<br />
University of London.<br />
Time is Away and somewhere else<br />
every month on NTS Radio. Each<br />
hour-long programme uses music,<br />
alongside snippets of spoken word,<br />
to make something that is partsoundscape,<br />
part-essay for the radio.<br />
Jalal Toufic is a thinker and a mortal<br />
to death. He was born in 1962 in<br />
Beirut or Baghdad and died before<br />
dying in 1989 in Evanston, Illinois.<br />
His books, many of which were<br />
published by Forthcoming Books,<br />
are available for download at his<br />
website (jalaltoufic.com). He<br />
was a participant in the Sharjah<br />
Biennials 6, 10 and 11, the 9th<br />
Shanghai Biennale, and Documenta<br />
13. In 2011, he was a guest of<br />
the Artists-in-Berlin Program<br />
of the DAAD; and in 2013-2014,<br />
he and Anton Vidokle led Ashkal<br />
Alwan’s third edition of the<br />
Home Workspace Program, based<br />
in Beirut.<br />
Dorothea von Hantelmann is<br />
documenta Professor at the Art<br />
Academy/University of Kassel<br />
where she lectures on the history<br />
and meaning of documenta. Her main<br />
fields of research are contemporary<br />
art and theory as well as the history<br />
and theory of exhibitions. She is<br />
currently working on a book that<br />
explores exhibitions as ritual spaces<br />
in which fundamental values and<br />
categories of modern, liberal and<br />
market-based societies historically<br />
have been, and continue to be,<br />
practised and reflected. She is the<br />
author of How to Do Things with<br />
Art, a book on performativity within<br />
contemporary art.<br />
Peter Wächtler (born 1979, Germany)<br />
lives in Brussels. His recent solo<br />
