This includes understanding Indonesian business etiquette and culture, developing business relationships, choosing agents and distributors, negotiating, holding meetings and carrying out due diligence. 4.1 INDONESIAN CULTURE AND BUSINESS ETIQUETTE There are a number of basic, yet important tenets of Indonesian business etiquette to keep in mind.
