Ramin Mesgarlou founded Global Wealth Trade Corporation (GWT Corp) and sold its first<br />
distributorship in April 2005 from his home office in Ontario, Canada. From these modest beginnings, the<br />
small jewelry company kept growing and gaining strength through an evolving product line and a parade<br />
of innovational triumphs unprecedented in the history of fine jewelry. Due to its rapid growth, the company<br />
had to expand its head office five times between 2005 and 2010, finally relocating its world headquarters<br />
from Ottawa to Toronto in 2008.<br />

GWT HISTORY<br />
2005 - Ramin Mesgarlou<br />
founded Global Wealth Trade and<br />
sold its first distributorship from his<br />
home office in Ottawa, Canada.<br />
2006 - GWT established its first<br />
official Headquarters office in Ottawa,<br />
Canada, and began its quest for the<br />
global market domination. The Ottawa<br />
office is still used today as the official<br />
Ottawa-regional office<br />
2007 - In 2007, GWT Corp<br />
moved to a new head office in<br />
Ottawa, on Lancaster Rd. The<br />
company reached and exceded all<br />
milestones set by the CEO/Founder,<br />
Ramin Mesgarlou. By the end of<br />
2007, GWT Corp. had reached<br />
112% increase in world-wide<br />
annual sales and 198% increase in<br />
global distributorship.<br />
2008 - GWT Corp. moved its<br />
head office from Ottawa, ON, to<br />
Toronto, ON and the company reached<br />
a turning point in its growth. The sales<br />
momentum skyrocketed reflecting<br />
in sales growth of 642% and global<br />
distributorship growth by 712% by the<br />
end of the year.<br />
2010 - Building beyond glamour began<br />
in 2010. The company launched its state-ofthe-art<br />
headquarters office and showroom,<br />
and launched a massive global branding<br />
campaign. The <strong>FERI</strong> and <strong>FERI</strong> MOSH brands<br />
become household names with celebrities and<br />
dignitaries all over the world.<br />
2013 - Between 2010 and 2013,<br />
GWT Corp., with its <strong>FERI</strong> and <strong>FERI</strong><br />
MOSH brands, continued successful<br />
branding campaigns with Hollywood stars<br />
and World’s celebrities and dignitaries,<br />
gaining love and respect everywhere.<br />
The company’s CEO, Ramin Mesgarlou<br />
launched a “Billion-Dollar” quest, and kept<br />
the company’s momentum skyrocketing.<br />
GWT Corp. launched its fashion line,<br />
POSH, and experienced massive success<br />
with that brand.<br />
2014 - 2014 marks yet another major<br />
milestone in GWT’s history. <strong>FERI</strong>, <strong>FERI</strong><br />
MOSH and POSH brands are expanding<br />
by introducing new lines such as fashion<br />
watches, shoes, boots, optical lines,<br />
fragrances, exotic lines, etc. The company’s<br />
Headquarters is going through massive<br />
expansion to accomodate new product lines<br />
and increases in staff.
