A period cottage with character and charm situated towards the end of a no<br />
through lane in a highly desirable village. <strong>Old</strong> <strong>Timbers</strong> is believed to date from<br />
the 1500’s and is Grade II Listed. As the name would suggest the features include<br />

LOCATION<br />
The property is situated towards the end of a pretty lane close to both the centre<br />
of the village and open countryside. Launton is a highly desirable village with a<br />
good range of facilities including; shops, a post office, primary school, village hall,<br />
playing fields and two public houses. The village is only two miles from Bicester<br />
which provides for all everyday needs as well as offering mainline railway services<br />
to London Marylebone in around 47 minutes. Both Junctions 9 and 10 of the M40<br />
are within easy reach.<br />

DIRECTIONS<br />
Exit Bicester via the Launton Road going over the railway bridge and into Launton at<br />
the crossroads, in the centre of the village turn right. Continue on this road pass the<br />
Bull Public House and <strong>Timbers</strong> will be found on the right hand side.
