Once we have started to develop our XRIG TM range of products, our R&D team has also
thought to those who need to set a station up, out of the door of their Box and, even worse,
without sheltering it. So, that is one of the reason cause we are one of the few makers on the market to be able to provide all
the XRIG TM parts made with a special treatment for elements protection. When an XRIG TM station is made to be outdoor installed,
all steel components are first zinc-plated (our zinc-plating process are all certified in accordance with the UNI-EN ISO 1461:2009
regulation*) and then powder coated with an upgraded kind of powder coating. This special process, along with special
water-draining holes drilled on to the main Uprights of the station, makes it totally rust-proof and so ready to bear the elements’
power. **
CUSTOM COLORS Even though the standard color of the XRIG TM parts is the above mentioned Xenios USA ® XRIG TM
Black one, customers can have the chance to choose their own color for the whole station or even for some of the
parts it is made of (such as, for example, the uprights). All available colors feature the same specs of the standard
XRIG TM Black of Xenios USA ® , especially for what concern the unique light-textured surface that gives to the pull-up
bars the perfect grip for the muscle-ups. **
TEXTURED SURFACE COLORS
Since we are the original maker of the XRIG TM range and since we think customers’ needs
can’t really be all foreseen in advance, an XRIG TM station can be also drawn with totally
bespoke parts. Should you need, for example, taller uprights or shorter pull-up bars, or anything “crazy” you may have invented,
at Xenios USA ® we will match your requirements by even drawing from the scratches your unique parts. **

All XRIG steel parts in case of steel breakages and/or welding breakages.
All Outdoor Proof XRIG steel parts in case of rust-spots arising from coating and in case of steel corrosionperforation.

Warranty will void in case of outdoor use, unless the XRIG TM items were made with the special Xenios USA ® “Outdoor Proof Treatment”. Warranty against rust
never covers rust rising on scratched and/or worn-by-the-use and/or speal-made parts steel areas. Bear steel due to scratches and/or dents can get rust
