1. Everyone over the age of 18 years may participate, except Hinterland’s directors, personnel and their relatives, Hinterland’s sponsors and advertising agents.
2. Hinterland does not take responsibility and will not be liable for any late entries or entries that are lost. Hinterland does not guarantee receipt of all electronic
communications.
3. Hinterland does not take responsibility and cannot be held liable for any loss and/or damage that may be suffered by a person who takes part in the competition.
4. The winner may be required to be available for future Hinterland advertising purposes if necessary. By participating in the competition the participant agrees to
make himself/herself available for such advertising purposes should the participant be declared the winner.
5. The prize may not be exchanged for cash.
6. The winner can collect the prize at the nearest Senwes Village or AFRGI Town & Country store, subject to prior arrangements to collect the prize at a specific store.
7. The winner will be notified telephonically. Entrants must see to it that they provide the correct information. Hinterland cannot be held liable if it is not able to contact
the winner because of incorrect information. The decision of the judges is final and Hinterland will not participate in any correspondence regarding the matter.
8. The closing date is 14 November and the draw will take place on 7 December 2015 at Hinterland Head office. A member of our audit team will draw the invoice of the
winner.
9. The winner will forfeit his/her prize if it is not claimed within 30 days after Hinterland notifies the winner. If the prize is not claimed, a second draw will take place
within 5 days, and the same procedure will be followed with this draw. There will only be one winner for this competition.
