CHARLIE PUTH
The man that gave us the smash Furious 7 soundtrack
single ‘See You Again’ released his first full-length album
after signing with Atlantic Records. Charlie likes to put
some jazz and soul into his brand of pop; his first single
with Meghan Trainor, titled ‘Marvin Gaye’, gives us a
taste of his soulful side. With the piano as his weapon,
this modern-day crooner has the power to make us swoon
with his lyrics and beats.

GET WEIRD
LITTLE MIX
Taking more a more infectious pop approach, 2011
X-Factor group winners Little Mix returns for their
third album to give fans the upbeat girl-power songs
that we all know and love. Their first single ‘Black
Magic’ is a summer anthem to dance to while ‘Love
Me Like You’ gives us 50s feels reminiscent of the
movie Grease. Their signature beats blended with
band-like percussions were evident in their song
‘Hair’ but overall this album is infused with more
attitude than their previous albums.

HEART BLANCHE
CEE LO GREEN
Mr. Experimental of music, Cee Lo Green, is back
to shower us with his eclectic style of music. ‘Heart
Blanche’ sees Cee Lo taking a step back from all the
crazy to show fans the storyteller side of him. His single
‘Robin Williams’ is a homage to the late comedian,
telling us through song that comical people have a sad
side too. His pop is blended with a dash of soul to take
you on a personal narrative with a lot of feel good vibes.

DELIRIUM
ELLIE GOULDING
Ellie has stated in interviews that her third album is
an experimental album as she dives into the world
of pop. She trades her haunting electronic and synth
beats for pop tunes with the help of pop hit-makers
Max Martin, Ryan Tedder and Greg Kurstin. ‘On My
Mind’, her first single, portrays a more playful side
of Ellie without completely eliminating her signature
beats, something we will hear more throughout
her album.
