Baseball/Softball Young Leaders Award Designed to provide attendees with an overview of the sports and equip them with the confidence to become involved. The Activator role offers a taster into what leading a baseball or softball session may involve. Activators may choose to then take the next step on the coaching pathway to undertake a Level 1 Baseball/Softball Assistant Coach course. This award is 3 hours to complete. Lesson Content: • Run a warm up for the group • Organise a game of Baseball or Softball • Basic understanding of the rules • Health and Safety aspects of a game Student Workshops (14-16 year olds) £400 +VAT For up to 10 people 54
