In the Name <strong>of</strong> Allah the Most Beneficent the Most Merciful,<br />
All Praises bel<strong>on</strong>g to Allah <strong>and</strong> the Peace <strong>and</strong> Blessings be up<strong>on</strong> the Messenger <strong>of</strong> Allah<br />
(S<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g><str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>lahu <str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>ahyi wa s<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>am),<br />
To Proceed:<br />
One <strong>of</strong> the Turkish Brothers visited me <strong>and</strong> informed me <strong>of</strong> the situati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> the Youth in<br />
Turkey <strong>and</strong> he h<strong>and</strong>ed over to me a letter <strong>on</strong> it <strong>and</strong> this is its summary:<br />
All Praise is due to Allah the Lord <strong>of</strong> All that Exists <strong>and</strong> Peace <strong>and</strong> Prayers be up<strong>on</strong> the<br />
Noble Prophet (S<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g><str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>lahu <str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>ahyi wa s<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>am),<br />
Ass<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>amu <str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>aykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,<br />
May Allah Bless you our Noble Shaykhs, we love you we have benefitting much from you<br />
<strong>and</strong> we praise Allah for this <strong>and</strong> we ask Allah to gather us <strong>and</strong> you with the Last <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Messengers in The Highest Firdaws.<br />
Firstly: We will explain to you the situati<strong>on</strong> in Turkey <strong>and</strong> that is that the brothers have<br />
different opini<strong>on</strong>s in regard to Takfeer, however this difference is not in the principles or<br />
the fundament<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>s (<strong>of</strong> Takfeer), rather it is in applying this judgement to the situati<strong>on</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />
over the people. And they are divided into three groups:<br />
The First: They make Takfeer <strong>on</strong> every<strong>on</strong>e who participates in electi<strong>on</strong>s <strong>and</strong> every<strong>on</strong>e<br />
who doesnt make <strong>takfeer</strong> <strong>on</strong> Erodgen <strong>and</strong> the (Parliamentary) representatives. And they<br />
say that those Shaykhs who d<strong>on</strong>’t make <strong>takfeer</strong> <strong>of</strong> every<strong>on</strong>e who participates in the<br />
electi<strong>on</strong>s do not know the re<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>ity in Turkey <strong>and</strong> that the Turkish people are those who turn<br />
away from the Shareeah <strong>and</strong> neglect it. And they see that they are kaafir Asli (origin<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />
kuffar) <strong>and</strong> they do not excuse them due to Jahl (ignorance) <strong>and</strong> they do not accept<br />
taweel(interpretati<strong>on</strong>s) <strong>and</strong> they say that (the kufr <strong>of</strong>) electi<strong>on</strong>s is from <strong>issues</strong> that are<br />
clear.<br />
The Sec<strong>on</strong>d: They are like the first, but they d<strong>on</strong>'t judge the individu<str<strong>on</strong>g>al</str<strong>on</strong>g>s by this ruling<br />
while at the same time they believe that the Asl (default ruling) regarding the Turkish<br />
people is kufr <strong>and</strong> they do not judge with Islam <strong>on</strong> any<strong>on</strong>e whom they do not know his<br />
Aqeedah even if they see him pray.<br />
The Third: They follow the Shaykhs <strong>of</strong> the Minbar <strong>of</strong> Tawheed <strong>and</strong> Jihad (www.tawhed.ws)<br />
in their books <strong>and</strong> Fataawa, like the Book <strong>of</strong> Shaykh Al Maqdisi (Letter <strong>on</strong> thirty <strong>issues</strong><br />
