5.1.7. Organizational Development 5.2 Operations The operation of REEVES focuses on the following: promotion of events; ticket selling; and virtual operation for the application and the website. For the promotion of events, the group will have to approach all the companies to partner with the events or teamup with eventorganizers. Unlike the traditional online event websites that users encounter, REEVES will also partner with the organizers from specific events in selling of tickets to provide better services not just to the event organizers but also for the customers. The virtual operations is for the development of the application and website of REEVES. In addition, a physical office is set up for the marketing needs, technical and maintenance needs of both application and website. 5.3 Marketing Plan The target market would consist of two (2) segments, namely the event organizers and the REEVES members. The former would be the ones who will promote their events, which would be the core of the operations of REEVES, while, the latter would be the main customer that would be catered by the event updates and ticket selling avenue. REEVES would be an online and mobile platform. Through this the accessibility of the target market would be easier. As a result, users would increase, which could be the first hand promoter of REEVES. Moreover, an exchange deal wherein the featured events of REEVES would mention REEVES in their event. 5.4 Financial Projection Chapter 6. Support to Nation Building REEVES would give support to nation building by bringing together Filipinos through REEVES. With REEVES’s collection of events, Filipinos can go to the site and see which events they want to go. The site also bridges the gap between the event organizers and the event participants by providing a platform where they can directly interact with their participants.
