(13) the costs of printing and distributing annual, half yearly and quarterly reports and any<br />

other reports or information provided for shareholders (except the costs and<br />

expenses of distributing any simplified prospectus or key investor information<br />

document or supplementary investor information document);<br />

(14) the costs of listing the prices of the Funds in publication and information services<br />

selected by the ACD including The Financial Times;<br />

(15) the fees of the Registrar for providing registration and administration services for the<br />

Funds.<br />

(16) any other charges/expenses that may be taken out of the <strong>Company</strong>'s property in<br />

accordance with the COLL Sourcebook.<br />

Expenses not directly attributable to a particular Fund will be allocated between the Funds as<br />

appropriate.<br />

Expenses may be payable out of the capital property or the income property of the relevant<br />

Fund(s) at the discretion of the ACD, subject to any restrictions set out in the Instrument of<br />

Incorporation, and to the COLL Sourcebook.<br />

The expenses of the <strong>Company</strong> are payable out of the property of the <strong>Company</strong> but those<br />

listed in (4) to (16) above are currently met by the ACD. The ACD may charge the expenses<br />

against the relevant Fund or share class, as appropriate.<br />

SET UP COSTS<br />

Subject to the COLL Sourcebook, the ACD may seek reimbursement (in one or more<br />

tranches) of set up costs incurred in relation to the creation of any further Funds.<br />
