Each coupon is personalized with the name of the user and has a unique tracking code for verification. How to use the coupons The users can print the coupon and present it in-stores or they can show the digital coupon on their smartphone. Duplicate prevention If your business is running a couponing campaign in multiple interfaces (for example on Facebook and on a landing page) we use the e-mail address of the user as a unique identifier to prevent duplicates. Like this, if a user clipps a coupon on Facebook and he wants to clipp again from a landing page, the system will show the user the coupon he already clipped, preventing him to create a duplicate coupon.
