within twelve months after sales by Elco Construction Products or its distributors, is found by Elco to be
defective in material or workmanship – normal wear and tear excepted. This is the sole warranty of Elco
Construction Products and the sole remedy available to distributor or buyer. Elco shall not be liable for any
injury, loss of damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising from use of, or the inability to use,
any Elco product.
