PAGE’S MANAGED SERVICE<br />
After-market work provider, Who Can Fix My Car, is launching a<br />
new service for garages who are customers of Andrew Page.<br />
Given driver volumes at Who Can Fix My Car have tripled in the last 12<br />
months, existing garages are struggling to keep up with the growing<br />
opportunity the platform brings. In October Andrew Page will launch a<br />
managed service for 700 garages across the UK. The service will seamlessly<br />
take care of the garage on-boarding, quoting, customer booking and parts<br />
channel that is usually managed by the garage. This will allow the garage<br />
to focus fully on workshop activities, yet still enjoy the advantages of<br />
enhancing its online profile and customer reviews on the platform.<br />
Driver numbers at Who Can Fix My Car are set to increase considerably post<br />
a recent Private Equity-led investment round including automotive veteran,<br />
Sir Trevor Chinn (former Chairman of Lex Automotive, RAC, the AA and Kwik<br />
Fit). The platform has almost 7,000 registered garages in its directory with<br />
some individual businesses winning over £250,000 of SMR work generated<br />
from the service. The top 5 independent garages on the site, who start up in<br />
Glasgow and run down to the South West and London have won over 1,000<br />
new customers from the system, many of whom tend to return straight back<br />
to the garage thanks to high levels of customer service.<br />
