Situated on Renfield Lane in the heart of Glasgow city centre, Stereo
Cafe Bar offers a relaxed cafe bar with fresh, homecooked produce.
Stereo is a key live venue in the city, and also hosts busy club nights.
Stereo’s fresh, home cooked menu is free of all animal produce using
pure, fresh ingredients and is therefore suitable for vegetarians,
vegans and any discerning palate.
Mono opened in 2002, furnishing Glasgow with a unique and
versatile space in which to eat, drink and discover new music. Over
their first decade, Mono developed a reputation for good beer, good
vegan food, good gigs and good times.
Mono’s close relationship with the other businesses with whom
they share a roof, Monorail Music and Good Press, lends a sense
of community: the former provide the soundtrack to their days,
while the latter design many of their posters, and both help them to
curate their varied programme of events.
Mono has hosted not only some of the most exciting bands around,
both local and international, but also exhibitions, book readings, art
performances and workshops.
