A football is formed firstly by a chamber that
allows to inflate it.
It is possible to add a textile layer to make
it more comfortable. Then, after choosing
the component of the ball (rubber, PVC,
PU), it is laminated by a textile material to
assure a good sphericity of the chamber
and to achieve that the component is more
resistant.
After that it is cut in panels that are
assembled to form the football. The quality
of a football depends on the assembly and
on its component.
