PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Welcome to NAIT’s 2016 Career Fair. NAIT provides the highly-technical education needed
for a rewarding career. Our vision is to be the most relevant and responsive post-secondary
institution in Canada and one of the world’s leading polytechnics. Our partnerships with
industry are helping us to realize that vision.
Employers recognize the value of our hands-on, polytechnic education — 95 per cent of
employers are satisfied with the performance of our grads and 98 per cent of our grads are in
the labour force.
These results reflect our teaching excellence and commitment to student success that make
NAIT so essential to Alberta. We are part of this province’s growth in areas that align with our
four pillars: business; health; trades; and science, technology and the environment.
There are more than 100 organizations participating in our 2016 Career Fair, with Human
Resources experts and other representatives on hand to answer questions and share
information. I encourage all NAIT students to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to
discuss career options.
