Emotional Freedom Techniques<br />

EFT is a powerful self-help method based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes<br />

greatly to disease. Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional<br />

impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. By reducing the stress<br />

or removing it, the body can is able to rebalance itself, and accelerate the healing process.<br />

EFT is a scientifically proven healing technique that brings emotional relief and leads to profound<br />

physical healing.<br />

EFT is a powerful tool to help release beliefs and emotions. It can be used therapeutically and<br />

for deep transformational work, or used on the move to release negative emotions.<br />

When the energy flows in our bodies get disrupted or blocked in any way we start feeling unwell<br />

and this in time manifests as physical disease or pain, and also as emotional discomfort such<br />

as fears, phobias, anxiety, stress and depression.<br />

EFT is a technique that uses our body’s natural ability to heal itself by (literally) tapping into<br />

the body’s energy system to release “energetic blocks”. It combines body and mind sciences<br />

with acupuncture (without needles) and uses NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) too.<br />
