The Booking Process and Beyond Whenever you are ready to book with Marianne Lucille Photography, please send me an email with the package and extras that you are looking at booking. This is good information for me to have so I can make sure to give you all the correct paperwork to fill out. The contract is something that you should not feel weird asking questions about. The contract is non-negotiable, however, I can help explain the reasoning behind some of the reasons why I do the things that I do. (There’s nothing too crazy in there. I promise!) Along with the signed contract, I require a non-refundable retainer that is 25% of your package. This retainer fee books your date onto my calendar. You are now part of the Marianne Lucille Photography family and I will not book any other photography jobs on your wedding date. The remainder of the package price is due 14 days (2 weeks) before your wedding date. After the wedding is over and you’re reminiscing about your amazing day, I will be busy at home backing up all your photos and even editing a few to put up on my facebook (so be on the lookout!). It takes me between 6-8 weeks to finish editing an entire wedding. Throughout that time I will probably post a few on different social media platforms (so make sure you follow me on instagram, facebook and twitter!). Once your photos are done, you will receive an email from me via pixieset with the link to your online gallery and your super secret pin number to access your downloads! You are more than welcome to share the link with family and friends. They are also allowed to order prints from the site. You will have access to these photos for 1 year from your wedding date. After one year, I cannot guarantee that the photos will still be in the gallery, so be sure to back-up your photos! You will also get a print release to print all the photos! Yay!
