techniques include color theory, floor planning, furniture styles, mixand-matching<br />

fabrics, and how to use accessories to put the final<br />

touches on a space. The instructor will provide floor planning<br />

materials, boards, and other supplies. PLEASE BRING A NOTEBOOK<br />

The Walpole Youth Corps program offers Walpole Youth an<br />

opportunity to play an important role to better their community by<br />

assisting with the delivery of recreation services. The Youth<br />

Corps is for teenagers who may not be old enough yet to work,<br />

but are still eager to contribute their time and talent to something<br />

meaningful. Youth Corps members will be guided by the<br />

leadership of recreation staff to compete priority conservation<br />

projects around the Town of Walpole, such as trail maintenance,<br />

removing invasive plants, constructing or repairing trails, and<br />

more. Through the performance of this important work, Walpole<br />

Youth Corps members will gain valuable experience in<br />

community service, team work, and volunteerism while making<br />

new friends and having fun.<br />

• All participants will be required to write a one paragraph<br />

essay about growing up in Walpole.<br />

• Youth Corps members will receive two t-shirts.<br />

• Lunch will provided daily.<br />

• Members receive a certificate of completion indicating their<br />

participation and volunteer service.<br />

This is a high-energy, sure-to-burn calories type of class. You<br />

work your core doing exercises like planks, crunches, squats and<br />

push-ups, and get your heart rate up and pumping with some<br />

invigorating punch and kick combinations. All the exercises are<br />

designed for overall fitness and all fitness levels are encouraged.<br />

The CrossFit Cut Group WOD is a combination of both strength<br />

conditioning and strictly-enforced form. These classes meet twice<br />

per week for one month. This workout is programmed as a<br />

constantly varied metabolic conditioner using weightlifting, various<br />

forms of cardio, basic gymnastics movements, and Olympic lifting.<br />

A certified CrossFit Trainer coaches each Group WOD to ensure<br />

quality form, safety, and that everyone is getting the best results<br />

from their daily workout. All levels are welcome to this class, as the<br />

coaches are well-trained to scale and modify any or even every<br />

exercise to accommodate each individual’s needs. All of the<br />

CrossFit Cut coaches are upbeat, knowledgeable and driven to<br />

meet each individual’s fitness goals. Classes offered multiple times<br />
