Online counseling or e-therapy is a form of therapy where professional counsellor or<br />
psychotherapist talks over the Internet, to give emotional support or mental health advice. It<br />
could be one question, or an on-going conversation. E-therapy is a viable alternative source<br />
of help when traditional psychotherapy is not accessible. It is conducted by skilled, qualified,<br />
ethical professionals. E-therapy is not a substitute for traditional psychotherapy. E-therapy is a<br />
form of counseling which, though it falls short of full-fledged psychotherapy, is still a very effective<br />
source of help.<br />
