with Richard for 19 years. I was there from the very
beginning of Parmenion, before we even found offices
or indeed investors! He was a true inspiration in the
workplace, a man of vision and utmost integrity, a
gentleman in every sense of the word. His wonderful
sense of humour brightened up many a dull day and a
light has gone out at Parmenion. I was privileged to
be able to call him my dearest friend. I shall miss you
