Itinerary
Day 1: Madrid Arrive in Madrid. Private
transfer to your hotel. This evening we meet
your tour director (7:00pm) for a welcome
cocktail and orientation.
Day 2: Madrid • Toledo After
breakfast enjoy a tour of Madrid. Highlights
include the magnificent fountains of
Neptune and Cibeles, the Alcaia Gate, the
Plaza de Espana and the inside of the
spectacular Royal Palace. This afternoon we
travel south to Toledo, impressive imperial
city declared a World Heritage Site and
the cradle of Christian, Muslim and Jewish
civilizations. Return to Madrid. B
Day 3: Madrid • La Mancha
• Granada We depart for Granada
stopping in Aranjuez enrolee. We travel
through the region of "La Mancha' the land
of Don Quixote and also the largest wine
producing areas. A stop at a local wine
producer for a wine-tasting and tapas.
Arrive in Granada for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Granada • La Alhambra
• Seville Morning guided city tour and
visit of La Alhambra and the Generalife
Gardens, considered one of the 10
architectural wonders of the world. In the
afternoon we continue to Seville for dinner
and overnight. B D
Day 5: Seville We begin our day with
a guided tour of Seville, the most romantic
city in Spain. Highlights include a visit
to the Cathedral, considered the world's
largest Gothic edifice. This afternoon you
have the option of enjoying an introductory
FLAMENCO LESSON ($) with a professional
dancer. Dinner and overnight. B D
Day 6: Seville • Cordoba • Madrid
After breakfast we visit an Andalusian
horse ranch (yeguada) to learn about the
breeding and training of these magnificent
& elegant horses. We continue to Cordoba
for a guided tour of the historic city centre, a
UNESCO World Heritage Site. We arrive
in Madrid early evening for overnight and
dinner. B D
Day 7: Madrid After breakfast private
transfer to Madrid airport or train station.

Day at leisure. Hostess introductory
meeting (one hour) to help with your

Ramblas, the popular street of street
actors, musicians, street vendors and
cafes. Rest of the day at leisure. B
Day 9: Barcelona Day at leisure.
Suggestions: Visit the Gaudi work in
the city including the Sagrada Famiglia
